i feel like this is exactly the ending i wanted for sydcarmy. their characters are written so beautifully and their connection is so unique that this feels like the ending they deserve.
sydney joining the beef because of carmy is the best chef and carmy leaving it for her with her being two time michelin star chef.
what they have wouldn't exist without sydney the the best addition to the restaurant and to his life and she changed everything for him.
sydney wouldn't have found her crew and become the bear without meeting carmy they changed each other's lives forever and i don't think we'll ever get another relationship like theirs in television history.

My favorite thing about carmy creating plates based off of what sydney is wearing is that he probably doesn't even realize he's DOING it. He thinks he's lost inspiration and love for cooking when in reality everything he does is in her image.....
