@adorebeauty I have been charged 3x for an order and all week, I have been trying to obtain a refund. It’s apparently on me to contact my bank to sort out receiving the refund. This is really terrible customer service. Please help sort this out!
@DickSmith absolutely appalled you’ve taken $99 from my bank account for a ‘First’ membership I never signed up for. To think this is no doubt, one of your revenue strategies. I’ve raised a dispute with my bank and expect this amount reimbursed.
