@AmericanAir 3/3 All I wanted was to get some sleep, but I can’t do that because the child keeps kicking me. Can something be done about this, or can you refund me the upgrade fee?

@AmericanAir 2/3 I paid $118 knowing that the row would most likely be vacant. It’s not right that these two people get to sit in the upgraded seats for free. I don’t want to cause a scene on the plane, so I haven’t brought this up to the flight attendants.

@AmericanAir 1/3 I’m on AA930 right now and upgraded to a better seat 28L. When we took off, the other 2 seats next to me were empty. Sometime after takeoff a woman and her child jumped into the 2 empty seats and is staying there.
