I cannot stress enough how no-one should ever fly with @tapairportugal. Four friends and I had a flight cancelled in JUNE and were told there were no hotels available (in a chaotic and poorly-handlded scene), and to make our own arrangements and we would be re-imbursed. 1/3

The customer service experience has been the worst I’ve ever had. No comms or logic has been given as to why our legitimate claim has not been accepted, just nonsense about @tapairportugal regretting my “sentiment and disappointment”. A truly shocking, terrible experience. 3/3
