@AmericanAir nothing like sitting on an airplane (AA1848) in a window seat; 100 mins late; 85 degree weather; no seat recline; & no AC at the seat 15A. Window shade is literally burning my arm. And no offers for water. 👎🏻👎🏻 Do better!

@Marriott @MarriottBonvoy has completely lost their sense of customer service. I have a free night available, ending five days before a new reservation, & they can't honor it. I'm Platinum elite for life and this is a great way to lose your loyal customers.

@HellsKitchenFOX all about the clicks, ratings & making “history,” and clearly not the best Chefs. Sorry, not sorry.. None of these chefs demonstrate the maturity needed for an exec chef, especially Anaiya, who is so immature.

@AmericanAir watching it firsthand, there was no effort to get there as quick as possible. They took your sweet old time. We got out of there finally but it shouldn’t take 15 minutes sitting at a gate, waiting for a crew to arrive.

@AmericanAir @PHLAirport why does is it so hard in 2025 to get people on the ground at the gate C26. Flight AA2954 is literally sitting waiting to turn into the gate. I'm watching people jus moping around. 10 mins and counting.
