I showed my 14 year old daughter this amazing chart illustrating the progression of best-selling musical artists during the 1970s and 80s, so that she would get some sense of how insane Michael Jackson’s run during the 1980s was.
And now in 2026 he’s back near the top again…😱
After Robert A.M. Stern designed the Yacht & Beach Club Resorts at Walt Disney World in the late 1980s, Disney was so impressed that they immediately commissioned him to design Disney’s BoardWalk Resort right across Crescent Lake. Disney CEO Michael Eisner admired his work so much, he personally appointed Stern to the Walt Disney Company’s Board of Directors, where he served from 1992 to 2003.
Stern not only designed some of Disney’s most iconic resorts, he also designed multiple international Disney hotels, including the Disney Ambassador Hotel at Tokyo Disney Resort and both the Disney Hotel Cheyenne and Disney Newport Bay Club at Disneyland Paris. Stern’s firm also handled the master plan and design for the town of Celebration, Florida (1997), including the Celebration Health campus...one of Disney’s most ambitious non-theme-park projects.
He designed the Roy O. Disney Animation Building in Burbank (completed 1994), which incorporates Mickey Mouse’s sorcerer hat from Fantasia as a rooftop architectural element (you can see references to the work in the new Animation courtyard at Disney’s Hollywood Studios).
He also designed the Walt Disney World Casting Center, the behind-the-scenes building where most auditions and hiring take place (a project most guests never see).
He passed away in November 2025 at age 86.

Wade finished with 42pts, 13 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 steals
History's first trillionaire is a guy who catches rockets out of the sky with chopsticks and beams internet to every dead zone on the planet.
Same guy ships cars that drive themselves, humanoid robots for the factory floor, brain chips that let paralyzed people move a cursor with pure thought, and an AI running on a supercomputer his team stood up in months instead of years.
And the people crashing out about his net worth are doing it on the app he owns. The same app governments spent years trying to censor.
You cannot legislate a rocket into orbit.

💥NEW: Stephen A. Smith: “I would give anything to be able to say something definitively in Karmelo Anthony’s defense. If there was a shred of innocence to the incident itself, I would say so. I don’t want to see another black young man going to jail.”
“But I don’t give a d*mn about what your race or ethnicity is. Just because you’re white and young doesn’t mean you deserve to be m*rdered. And just because you’re black and young … doesn’t give you a license to m*rder someone.”
“That’s what happened.”
