@thegutterpoet@eliosalerno87 Commoli's "algorithm" basically boiled down to if the player was:
- From France
- From a country that speaks French
- Played in League 1
The talent is there. Hopefully Carnivale can help make Juve Italian.
@juvenewslive On the business end he made a few good moves (lowered costs, long term sponsor, deal with uefa), but his sporting decisions were a disaster.
Hopefully this ends the French Juve project with a "data driven" approach. Elkann should sign checks and that's it. They need Agnelli.
@IFTVMarco@AzzurriFanPhil Mancini quit because Gravina wanted to run the show. He even complained about not getting to choose all of the players he wanted because of pressure from the higher ups. Getting rid of Gravina is more important than any coach.
@ITruth98@juvenewslive We need someone with a little nastiness in the back. The current group is too polite. I don't love Rudiger, but he is the right profile.
@ITruth98 Even if it doesn't fit the style, he's no better than what Tek was. I understand Tek was on massive wages, but DiGre has been inferior in every way. Guintoli just wanted him because he was shiny and new. Again, he's not a major issue, but they could have done much better.
@The_AJC_@EdoardoMecca1 Selling Rugani sounds silly now, doesn't it? It probably means they booked another CB for June (hopefully Sinesi). Hopefully once Holm is up to speed Kalulu can move back to the center to give Bremer a rest.
@enrico_juventus What striker was there to get? There were nothing but garbage names up for discussion. So if he signs one of them (and overpays), and they inevitably fail, then what? You'll say it's DC's fault again. January market isn't meant for big moves. The summer will be different.
@juvenewslive Cambiaso should be benched for the own goal. Not because he scored it (can happen to anyone) but because he tried to backheel the ball behind him and the attacker instead of just clearing the ball in front of him. Cocky and unnecessary. Needs to be punished.
