my heart rate was off the charts, i was shaking like a leaf, every muscle in my body was tense. my friend tried to talk to me, to touch me, to get my attention somehow and all i could do in response was twitch my fingers ever so slightly, and eventually i couldn’t even do that

i couldn’t talk, couldn’t see, couldn’t move, couldn’t process… my thinking felt slow and fast, clear and muddy, all at the same time… my body kept responding slower and slower until eventually it just stopped responding at all. and i remember pretty much every second of it :)
