@choudhary_shabb Yes I totally agree with Vikas as I too have experienced the same with Hyundai service centre where they park our vehicle on the roadside after service where it tends to get damaged. The care taken by them while taking from us by taking photographs do not appear while giving back

You can see a two bookings for a same destination at the same time, the one at 10.35 was to book forcefully as the first one did not turn up and the money was deducted without even the trip used, end up in paying more too for the trip used.

@ola_supports I have booked a cab few hours back, a different driver has come to the location and he was calling me as I was waiting the vehicle allotted against my booking, when I sat on the vehicle of the driver who have called me, the OTP was not matching. Hence i had to book
