#SB987 in #txlege is illegal. Broad sleeping bans have been ruled unconstitutional. In Martin v. Boise, ID, the court found their sleeping ban "cruel & unusual punishment" under the 8th Amendment. @TeamBettencourt @RolandForTexas @SenatorBobHall @SenatorNichols @SenPaxton
