That was bad circumstance for him. Atleast 15 people chasing Kyle. Kyle falls and one guy tries to kick him in the face and Huber cracks him on the head with a skateboard.

I feel though they would have been challenged about it since they would be asking the same type of question to much.

He would have still been attacked by that deranged man that definitely shouldn't have been there. Kyle might be dead. That is why you have a gun. Not meant to use it but there when needed.
