This is what @noodlescompany in Arlington Heights, IL considers an acceptable quantity of soup for a side dish. This is embarrassing and clearly not worth it. Never again!
@Verizon 5 weeks now I’ve wasted trying to fix an error that was 100% your fault. I ordered a $399.99 phone plus the $19.99 expedite fee and you never bothered to ship it so I had a representative cancel it 4 days later! Now you’ll only credit me $335.98?!? Are you kidding me?!?
I paid @Verizon an extra $20 to expedite a phone and have it here by noon today, and now it won’t even be shipped until Monday?!? Absolutely horrible service
The best way to give appreciation to a team that's just worked long long hours to push a product out the door is to get on your knees and beg forgiveness for putting them in that position. 1/2
Please stop putting the word “Agile” in front of job titles that don’t need it.
“Agile Scrum Master” is one example. Call it “Scrum Master” unless your company is an Agile TACO (Titles & Ceremonies Only) organization; then congratulations, you’re “agile”!
When assigning story points, consider the Complexity, Uncertainty, Risk, and Effort (CURE) relative to other stories.
This is an acronym I came up with and have taught for the past 5 plus years. Feel free to use it with your teams.

Before you can "do more with less", you must first be able to do either:
1. The same with less
2. More with the same
Attempting to do both at the same time will always lead to disappointment, stress, and frustration.

There is a misunderstanding when people talk about an “Agile transformation”. Are they talking about the team-level, scaled-level, or Enterprise-level? They are all very different.

Learning is in the debrief. If you’re running low on time, you can usually shorten the activity, but never skip the debrief.
Check out my latest article: An activity without a debrief is just a game https://t.co/EgZuTePyB2 via @LinkedIn#learning#activity#debrief
@lissijean The easiest agile transformation is the agile-prefix transformation. Simply put the word “Agile” in front of your existing nouns and processes and you’re done! I call this Agile TACOs (Titles And Ceremonies Only)
Knowledge does not equal understanding, especially when it comes to Agile. Agile is a complex field and is difficult to understand. Learning about Agile is not. https://t.co/MTzpta2laQ on @LinkedIn#Agile#knowledge#notequal#understanding
