@RedrowHomes Thank you Emma. I have received an email with the information relayed to site. It wasn't an issue with not receiving a response quick enough, I had received a response to my email but the issue about the driver had not been responded to. Glad it is now being dealt with.

When you buy a house, you would expect it to be fit for purpose. Not to have to sort a leak out that has gone into the lights. This is due to the fact snow has got into the attic! So many houses have had the same problem. Fancy sorting this mess out @RedrowHomes @BBCWatchdog
