Those people that have to promote how much they are appreciated may be the ones that dont really deserve it and just need to persuade others that they do ?

We have guidelines on what we have to deliver Q1Q2Q3etc what about guidance to help us achieve there have been adjustments regarding fallow / settle time What about the rest of the SOP ?

restrictions to people’s lives are being lifted . We as a practice still have a closed door policy Covid status questions mask and hand sanitiser policy We re following Welsh SOP Patients getting increasingly “unhelpful” quoting “pubs open “ time for CDO guidance ?

I always find a break from the Practice is a great way to recharge & reflect
And I always find I forget I had a break about 5 minutes after I’ve set foot in the Practice😬

Constant concern about ‘what next’ and trying to use common sense to navigate through this ****storm.
