Today was my first day back with Active Schools Glasgow after taking a 2 year career break in Africa. 🇲🇼😊

It’s a big change for me as I will not be returning to the Smithycroft Learning Community. After nearly 11 years at Smithycroft, it is the end of an era for me. It feels strange not to be returning but it’s now time for a new challenge. 😊

I will now take the reins at Cleveden Learning Community where I am excited to get started with my new team in the North West of the City.

I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone at Smithycroft Secondary and the Primary Schools Avenue End, Carntyne, Cranhill, Royston and Sunnyside for all their support of me over the last 13 years.

It was my pleasure to work with so many fantastic people in the Smithycroft Learning Community where we were able to provide thousands of children with incredible opportunities in Sport and Physical Activity.

I take wonderful memories with me of my time spent there and what we achieved together. 😊❤️

Looking forward to getting started at Cleveden and meeting everyone connected with the learning community. 🤗
