After 4 years, I stopped coaching CrossFit Mon-Fri 5:30am classes. I was apprehensive to let go of that but my body and mind were telling me it was time. It has been about 6 weeks now.

But, learning from others, we knew it was time for us to begin to step away from that role and in turn, invest our time into places of the businesses that needed it more. We have built such a wonderful staff of passionate and truly amazing coaches.

It is ok to say 'I don't know'!

It can be intimidating but I feel as though that has been the most powerful consulting 'tool' to use. Admitting you don't know shows that you want to learn to know.

That is how we build trust.

@whoop Just curious - I can only imagine how many times you have been asked to add a watch face to the band. Will this ever be a part of the product in the future? I am a founding member and that has been the ONE thing that I wish the Whoop had.

Now this is a great opportunity to optimize CX. It would be a lot of fun to be a part of that process for their new provider. So many low hanging fruits to make that experience much better.

Currently witnessing my husband's organization switching over to a new email/document storage provider. It is very interesting listening to him express his first impressions of switching to the new interface.

He now has to go into 90 minute training on how to use it. He already has meetings booked to help his team transition over. He has been dreading it all weekend.

We had some obvious holes. We still do some of these and definitely don't do some of these things. It is always good to look back, reflect, and know what to change or experiment with to improve!
