Lo mantienen secuestrado bajo aislamiento, incomunicación y tratos crueles. Esto no es justicia, es ensañamiento brutal. Cada uno de estos atropellos está tipificado en el Estatuto de Roma como crímenes de lesa humanidad y constan en el expediente de la Situación Venezuela I ante la @IntlCrimCourt.
Este oficial ejemplar ha tenido que arriesgar su propia vida en extremas huelgas de hambre para denunciar los horrores del cautiverio. En abril de 2026, de manera implacable, le negaron una solicitud de amnistía. Su caso duele en el alma nacional porque refleja la tragedia de cientos de presos políticos en nuestro país. La libertad de Marín Chaparro no puede seguir esperando por cálculos políticos. Es un imperativo moral y una causa humana. Lo curioso es que el papá del delincuente Héctor Rodríguez, es decir Pedro Vicente Rodríguez Calderón, también es "rector" de Universidad Politécnica Territorial de los Altos Mirandinos, la cual recibió hace tres años.

Lo insólito es que la dualidad de cargos se ha convertido en parte de la bazofia del régimen sin que exista nadie que levante la voz.
