FRCSW milestone in H-53 maintenance Tiger Team. Goal was to create streamlined approach to improve efficiency in H-53 aircraft maint. Team is on track to successfully complete five CH-53 helicopters in less than 100 days.

FRCSW Human Capital Management (HCM) team plays an essential role in mission success. Recently, the Staffing, Classification, and Data Analytics teams were recognized for their outstanding efforts with an award presented by FRCSW Commanding Officer, CAPT Luis “Rick” Rivera.
FRCSW hosted Meghan Natter, Deputy OPNAV N83. Ms. Natter’s visit provided insight into maintenance work at FRC in support naval aviation readiness. This direct engagement strengthens alignment between strategic aviation requirements & practical maintenance capabilities.

FRCSW artisans Dieu Ton/Thomas Tran conduct post flight engine oil service on a E-2 Hawkeye. This involves checking/replenishing engine oil to account for operational consumption. Maintaining proper levels is critical for performance, thermal stability & mission readiness
