I am a 77-year-old former airline pilot and self-educated physicist and engineer. I am also the author of twelve sci-fi novels currently published on Amazon.
In one of my most popular novels,"Light Speed", I hypothesize the possibility of Dr. Alcubierre's equation for warp being brought to practical fruition. My novel also involves an end-game future for AI and its application in space travel, particularly faster-than-light travel.
This has become the center of my research, and while I realize that there are vast obstacles involved, the realization of FTL travel via the Alcubierre drive is the best method currently within our grasp.
I would like to discuss how I might contribute to SpaceX's future in these areas.
