@dominos_india Made a 2 orders today there’s a new store which has opened so delivery came from there. The cheese burst pizza hardly had any cheese fillings & garlic bread was very dry. Store was unresponsive, later agent promised refund but didn’t add, rider forced to rate 5

@zomatocare If someone is travelling for a few days & faces an issue in an order, how does make sense to give coupon which is only valid for that outlet, I am not in the city now. Also this bot simply closes the chat without any next leg of escalation?

@redBus_in Booked a ticket, the fare was 523. Should’ve been close to 2092 for 4 tickets. I’ve been charged 2919. Fare breakup not shared anywhere. AI chat agent is useless & on IVR no option to contact agent. Need clarity on hidden charges !
