This is happening for the second time now! Not able to drive my Ola S1 X (key) because of System Issue. First time they took 1week to fix it and it’s happening again and this time the vehicle is not at home aswell. @OlaElectric @Olacabs @ola_supports @jagograhakjago

1. My bike stuck for two months for replacement of brake pads.
2. Hundreds of bikes stuck similarly for months which have been driven for less than 2000 kms.

Please prioritise.

I am trying to reach out to your support team for 2 days, scooter is not working , ticket raised without timeline to resolve the issue or when it will picked up to service center, customer care disconnecting calls multiple time

When will they fix it this time? 1 week … 1 month? It would have been better if i had bought a vehicle of different brand.
No Support from Customer care as not able to connect to them.

@motorolaindia when are we getting Android 8.1 oreo update to #motog4plus even samsung updated their j7 (2016) long back in November 2018 to oreo 8.1 and you guys haven't . Its 2019 now please do it fast.
