My bill has gone from $60 to over $100 in just 3 months and it’s killing me. I’ve been a customer for years and have both internet and mobile. It feels like I’m being taken advantage of.

@Xfinity Can you explain why if I try to lower my internet speed, the price of my internet goes up? I’m at 1200 mpbs currently and if I go down to 1000 y’all want to charge me an extra $21/month and if I go down to 800 an extra $11/month. How does that make sense?

@Xfinity Can a supervisor please call me? Every month I have to call in because my bill isn’t right. You always fix it but I don’t understand why it’s not automatically correct. I’m tired of calling in 2-3 times a month to get charged correctly.

@UberEats Sucks not being able to call for help. My order was made wrong and I can’t get any help to get a new order placed, and I don’t have any money to place a new order. When dealing with food delivery, email communication isn’t exactly helpful to get help to eat tonight.
