@Salamanderx12 @danaroach I think it scales with the table, if you're playing Commander. It'll probably be a fair threat on any board, but unless you're building to abuse it, it won't end games.

In 1v1, especially in Modern, 4MV is high enough to consider it a slow card so its likely not to see much play
