@CoinbaseSupport @ItsZijZ Becareful with whom you supply personal info. I wrote a similar message to yours detailing my case numberwas and was contacted contacted by someone claiming to be from coinbase and wanted me to pay $500.00 in bitcoin to unlock my account. Sounded fishy so I didn't.

BEWARE OF COINBASE UNETHICAL PRACTICES
If you get a lockout of your account, they will hold your account hostage. They rake million$ in fees, yet can't afford to have live help. I've been locked out since January & they won't help. Any suggestions? Use other Exchanges. Retweet.
