@YVemula5063 while I think it's a good idea to get Punch to not jump on the keepers and to give the mothers a chance to eat, I don't understand this arrangement or how it's helping? he's been showing aggression lately and while it's likely his age, I wonder if this could be exacerbating it?
@pissvortex If someone mentions having a degree in anything relating to law, politics, or history in their bio, and their account isn't strictly business, chances are they're just plain lying.
@HolyCityGambler@HamLinehan I think the argument here (or one of them rather) is that if it's giving you bum information at first pass and you have to take an extra step to ensure that it doesn't, then it's not actually making you more productive
@Zoo_Aquariums a bit troubling that in the second part of the video he throws a tantrum until he gets groomed and, when the bigger one is clearly saying "hey, return the favor" he doesn't do anything. the newborns can be seen taking turns practicing on each other.
@paola_berm29377 I've seen a few videos, even shared one, of soto scolding punch whenever he gets too rough with the babies. which is actually good, because it keeps both the babies and Punch safe.
@ndasshole@horriblecherub@barstoolswe@generalslug Yes, absolutely. And, fwiw, I'm happy for them and glad they were able to write about something they care deeply about. It just that the one sentence reads like it's generated.
@horriblecherub@barstoolswe@ndasshole@generalslug I think the issue is the semantic mismatch between "soft" and "impossible to ignore" (soft light is often very easy to ignore!) as well as the chunkiness of listing a concrete physical trait of an object with an abstract psychological effect from observing said object.
@horriblecherub@ndasshole@generalslug Universities typically frown on using non-standardized dialects of English precisely because the grammatical rules are different.
