@GershKuntzman I thought there was a plan to redo traffic on McGuiness blvd? The neighborhood has been up in arms about McG going down to single lanes of traffic in places but it would give us "floating" parking lanes and a dedicated bike lane as elsewhere in the city, which makes sense to me..
Yes! @MTA how are we supposed to be able to read a long poem in ten seconds??! Gotta fix the timing on the #nyc#subway displays! Poetry in Motion has gone from contemplation to noise! #poetryinmotion#poetry@nytimes
New random thing to be infuriated by: MTA “Poetry In Motion” poems flipping by on digital screens, so there’s no time to even READ the poem before an ad pops up

@thegridkid No Caryatid today in #SpellingBee, Really??? Seriously- @nytimes "edited" dictionary is unpredictable and confusing, allowing some words no one's ever heard of while disallowing others. Scrabble dictionary=gold standard for word puzzles. #panagramthatshouldsbeen
Some of the beautiful carved totem poles I saw this week in Canada while visiting Victoria, Port Renfrew and Duncan BC.
