Article 35 (3): The State SHALL publish and publicise any important information affecting the nation.

Disclosure of information is a Constitutional imperative not something left to the whims of one person. The era of secretive deals negotiated in the dark will end when we kick this current regime out and return our country back to the rule of Law.

You might dislike him, but you can't change the fact that SIFUNA cuts across every tribe across the country. Rallies he has held across the country had good turn up bcoz majority of the people in those areas identify with him. He is a challenge to the Old guards especially those in the opposition. And therefore pinning his rise in a tribal spec is misplaced and in bad taste. If the united opposition Fails to pick him as the flag bearer, Ruto will finish Kalonzo & Matiangi by 6am.

The Political Parties Disputes Tribunal has found that the ORPP’s decision to decline the reservation of the name Linda Mwananchi Movement (LMM) lacked legal justification and breached Section 8 and 4 of the Political Parties Act and also violated Articles 21, 36 and 38 of the Constitution.

The Tribunal has immediately set aside the decision of the Registrar in the Letter dated 11-06-2026 and 07-08-2026.
The PPDT Tribunal has directed the name Linda Mwananchi Movement (LMM) be considered within the next seven (7) days.

We thank our Lead Counsel Mr. Tonny Odera - Bansbury Associates Advocates LLP and his team including Counsel Duncan Anzala, Counsel Victor Olao and Counsel Titus Makhanu.

We thank God for this decision and Linda Mwananchi Movement-LMM remains stronger 🙏
