@andrewchen We already say ”let me Claude that” in my friend group and at work. Even in Swedish so we even verb it by saying ”jag ska clauda det”
People who say ”let me check with chat”, that’s already occupied by people on Twitch
I didn’t even see the game, but if you don’t think @JAMEPAIN is a great player and captain I don’t know what the f what. Virtus not believing in Jame is a mystery beyond my comprehension
@DevilwalkCSGOD@magixx772@zont1x977 Benching chopper feels weird tho. Just -zweih +magixxx feels like a stable enough upgrade. Before the last two switches I never felt they played bad as a team to any big extent. But we’ll see how long it lasts 🙃
If you average 2.8 utility damage per round and 113,8 without, you should probably never use nades to do damage, just to open smokes. Now this is "just" Faceit, but it probably still applies
On this topic:
FaceIT is a great place when you are already on a team. To hone your skills, develop in roles you don’t play in a team, have fun in low pressure environment, learn to carry…
I remember in Apeks when @jLcsgo_ told me in one of our talk sessions after particularly bad practice week (we were losing a lot) that I should try play FaceIT more - to build confidence. In team practice I was stuck lurking/anchoring/supporting so queuing opened up new world for me of trying higher impact spots. I learned how to win games with more plays which turned into confidence boost. Few weeks later we climbed out of slump and I looked back to reflect.
I think this advice jL gave me helped me a ton. And in return it helped my team perform, too. In next team session I thanked him for that.
I am a guy who after long practice day would rather watch demos, aim train, deathmatch… now, I added “FaceIT grind” and I wish I did this earlier in my career. After all, I am a guy who plays CS for 10 years and I have like 2.500 matches on FaceIT in total 😅
Just food for thought.
@STYKOcs@jLcsgo_ Counter-Strike is 80% a mental game. Easy to see it in teams having ”a good run” at the major. They feel invincible, because that attitude win games
