2 weeks ago, I had the privilege of taking Angelina Jolie on a journey of innovation & discovery through Ethiopia & Rwanda. We first met in NYC at an Atelier Jolie event with my friend Ozwald Boateng.

We exchanged ideas on how to build a new generation of African storytellers who will utilize technology to break down barriers to creation & distribution. She reminded young artists that their voices and visions are essential. We also explored collaboration on many fronts.
