The #UNGA has spoken and the message is loud and clear:
End hostilities in Ukraine — now.
Silence the guns — now.
Open the door to dialogue and diplomacy — now.
UEFA has today decided to end its partnership with Gazprom across all competitions.
The decision is effective immediately and covers all existing agreements including the UEFA Champions League, UEFA national team competitions and UEFA EURO 2024.
We 🇮🇹 know how demanding the task of providing first aid and receiving #refugees is. That is why I praise the extraordinary effort being made by 🇵🇱🇷🇴🇸🇰🇭🇺🇲🇩 that are today welcoming hundreds of thousands of 🇺🇦 refugees. #FreeUkraineResists
Second, we will ban the Kremlin’s media machine in the EU.
The state-owned Russia Today and Sputnik, and their subsidiaries,
will no longer be able to spread their lies to justify Putin’s war.
We are developing tools to ban their toxic and harmful disinformation in Europe.

It is the right decision! I can’t imagine playing a match with the Russian National Team in a situation when armed aggression in Ukraine continues. Russian footballers and fans are not responsible for this, but we can’t pretend that nothing is happening.
We strongly condemn Russia´s unjustified attack on #Ukraine.
In these dark hours, our thoughts are with Ukraine and the innocent women, men and children as they face this unprovoked attack and fear for their lives.
We will hold the Kremlin accountable.
Draghi: “Il Governo italiano condanna l’attacco della Russia all’Ucraina.
