@JustRyCole Nah you already got Paige and I love having Paige at PG. we already saw what it looked like at notre dame with having two highly skilled but ball dominant guards. It was great until it wasn't. Olivia with reeves is the perfect fit
It's actually crazy how much James harden does not trust himself to be the guy at the end of this game. Instead of playing basketball he's tryna win on fouls and it's nasty to watch
ICE did it again - released a detainee far from her home without notifying her family.
Three days after having an ankle monitor put on by ICE, 31 year old Daphy Michel was found unresponsive at a bus station. She died later that day.
Daphy was seeking asylum in the US. Her brother lives in the US and has TPS status.
She had a hearing scheduled for April on her immigration case.
Her brother was waiting to hear when she would be released so he could bring her home.
ICE hasn’t answered questions from Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 about when Daphy arrived at the ERO Pittsburgh office, when she received the ankle monitor, how long she was in custody, and where & when she was released.
@anarkissed__@Imani_Barbarin I think best and brightest should be taken out of this. All black people need care and consideration. Them being big stars doesn't amplify why they should receive care.

When you look at multiple-championship-winning teams over the past 15 years, one pattern keeps showing up. They’re led by veteran point guards. Here’s a look at the trio of seasoned point guards who played major roles in multiple title runs ⤵️
Lindsay Whalen (Minnesota Lynx): Watching Whalen win four championships in her home state is still one of the coolest stories in league history. A Hutchinson, Minnesota native, she stayed home for college and led Minnesota to its only Final Four appearance. After six seasons with Connecticut, where she reached two Finals, Whalen joined the Lynx in her seventh year.
In her eighth season, she helped lead Minnesota to its first championship, averaging 12 points and 4 assists during the postseason. The Lynx likely don’t get past the first round without her 20 points and 5 assists in a 66–65 Game 1 win over San Antonio. Whalen would go on to average nearly five assists across two more title runs, and she closed out Minnesota’s fourth championship with 17 points and 8 assists in an 85–76 win over Los Angeles.
Chelsea Gray (Las Vegas Aces): Like Whalen, Gray wasn’t drafted by the team she became a legend with. After five seasons in Los Angeles, she landed in Las Vegas in year seven and helped guide the Aces to their first title the very next season.
Her 2022 postseason run is one of the best we’ve ever seen from a guard. Gray averaged (21.7) points and (7.0) assists on 61/54 shooting splits, and became the first player in league history to post back-to-back 20-point, 10-assist playoff games. She dropped 29 points and 12 assists in an overtime win over Seattle in Game 3, then followed it with 31 points and 10 assists in Game 4 to clinch the series. That 31–10 performance was also the first 30-point, 10-assist game in WNBA playoff history. She followed that up with averages of 16 and 7 during the repeat run, and 11 points and 7 rebounds in the most recent title.
Sue Bird (Seattle Storm): Whalen brought Minnesota Finals experience. Gray brought Las Vegas Finals experience and a title. Bird brought Seattle a point guard who already had two rings.
Drafted by the Storm, Bird won championships in years three and nine, then added two more in years 16 and 17 while guiding Seattle’s next core of Breanna Stewart and Jewell Loyd. During those two runs, she averaged 10 points and 7 assists the first time, and nearly 10 points and 9.2 assists the second.
Christopher Ramstead, a fire captain with the Pasadena Fire Department, was arrested for child sexual abuse crimes, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. Ramstead was arrested Wednesday night while he was off-duty. The 47-year-old was released Thursday after posting a high bond of $550,000.
