If you need proof of #India’s agenda against #Panjab, look no further than these sanctions. This isn’t justice — it’s desperation, using trade deals to buy silence and suppress rising resistance.
(7) The message is clear: Panjab will not be managed, muted, or erased. Our institutions are not theirs to occupy. Our future is not theirs to decide.

What’s happening at Panjab University— a thread 🧵
Panjab University is the new battleground. On November 10, thousands of students and citizens broke through police barricades in Chandigarh to defend Panjab’s last autonomous institution
(6) Every institution captured, every voice silenced, every generation forced to start again. Yet, Panjab refuses to bow. This university protest is only the latest spark in a fire that has never gone out.
And make no mistake: India rejoices when a Panjabi is scapegoated in America, because Panjab is not India, and Sikhs demanding sovereignty is the only truth India fears.
It’s confusing why racism still surprises Sikhs. We are a visible minority by design—turban, beard, identity. Of course politicians and systems in foreign countries will go out of their way to make an example of us.
Our community extends condolences to the family of the deceased, but no Sikh should be shocked by the backlash. Without a homeland, backlash is not an exception—it is the rule.
Panjabis celebrating Indian independence is the type of unparalleled stupidity that only comes from historical oblivion
Panjab is not India. Panjab is not Pakistan. Panjab was around long before both of these failed colonial projects & will be around long after they crumble
When a people forget their language, they forget themselves. That is India’s goal: to create a generation of Panjabis too disoriented, too addicted to fight their own occupation.
This is not about language policy. This is about erasure.

The Indian State bombs planes, vandalizes Mandhirs, and kills Hindus just to create headlines, and portray Sikhs, who justifiably seek the right to self-determination through Khalistan, as terrorists

Indian propaganda during the Indo-Pak skirmish was hilarious— trying to pander to Sikhs by claiming they were “protecting” Sri Darbar Sahib from Pakistan
Reminder: only one country has ever bombed it… & it wasn’t Pakistan
India reportedly fired missiles that landed in Amritsar, while large parts of Panjab face an electricity blackout—cutting off independent news
With no access to facts, civilians are told Pakistan is to blame. But India has a long history of false flag ops used to target Sikhs
