[WizardsMuse @WizardsMuse1]

[Graven Downer @freeagentalk]

In the NBA we put to much blame on coaches when things go bad and give them to much credit when things go good.

Show me a coach that has won a championship with a bad team in the last 10 years??? I’ll wait

[Graven Downer @freeagentalk]

@NBAGrandRapids @nbagleague @ZagMBB Absolute steal. Unbelievable he doesn’t have a actual roster spot

[Graven Downer @freeagentalk]

@Fullcourtpass @BenGolliver If this is in order, how is Kenny not #2?? Secondly, why the fuck would Mitch johnson be on hot seat 😂. 3rd, Rockets not letting go Ime. Who else you hiring 🤷🏻‍♂️.

[Graven Downer @freeagentalk]

@MemphisX_NBA Great video by the way! Enjoyed listening

[Graven Downer @freeagentalk]

@MemphisX_NBA Ideally, it’s a great philosophy. But will it work with this Grizzlies team?
All teams talks about culture, playing for each other & team first. That’s not unique.

The hard part is acquiring enough talent that actually fits together and can execute it.

[Graven Downer @freeagentalk]

@MemphisX_NBA Ultimately, this feels less like a question of philosophy and more like a question of whether Zach Kleiman can build Iisalo a complete, talented roster.

[Graven Downer @freeagentalk]

@GrizzliesFilm It’s whether he has a meaningfully different way of operationalizing them: different decision rules, pace of decisions, actions, roles, or constraints that produce something you don’t already see across the NBA

[Graven Downer @freeagentalk]

@GrizzliesFilm The interesting question isn’t whether Iisalo believes in these things — basically everyone does.

[Graven Downer @freeagentalk]

@DrewHill_DM I’m trying to understand this guy philosophy more in depth
