@MLFootball Not blowing for the test in WI is just losing license for a year. Cant charge u with dui/owi when u refuse the test. Its just a fine and loss of license. Then go get occupational license for work/groceries ect..

U can get 10 dui's on atv and not loose ur license. Ppl who like to bar hop use atvs/utvs bc it wont mess life up

But all it takes is someone turning u in or cop driving by and seeing u drinking while mowing and they have a right to show up on ur property.

But officers can charge owi/dui/dwi for driving vehicles doesnt matter its all same shit really. Just a title name
