🇷🇴BREAKING: Romanian Government and 🇪🇺 support NGO censorship proposals

Today, the Romanian Government just had a meeting with 🇪🇺 officials, national authorities and SOROS and USAID funded NGOs to discuss enforcing censorship online ahead of the elections:

The NGOs that took part: Expert Forum, ActiveWatch, Funky Citizens. These NGOs contributed to discussions on strengthening collaboration to "counter disinformation campaigns swiftly". The same NGOs who received funds from USAID and/or Soros NGOs.

How will it work?

"The reporting channels available to both competent national authorities and non-state actors (such as NGOs or representatives of the academic environment) were also analyzed, allowing them to report any problematic aspects that could disrupt the electoral process, the moderation teams allocated by the platforms, the response time to notifications received, the resources (both human and technological) allocated during the elections, the methods of identifying inauthentic behaviors, the fact-checking programs for Romania used by the platforms, access to platform data by NGOs, the rapid response mechanism (RRS), the identification and combating of electoral disinformation, the limitations and restrictions on political advertisements (with an emphasis on unethical payments for political content as commercial advertising), the methods of identifying and combating coordinated disinformation campaigns, standardized reporting formats, etc."

So, the NGOs and their fact-checking networks will be reporting everything that they label "disinformation" to be removed from all social media platforms.
