@ScarFaceLabs@tokkenly I Just connected my Tokkenly account to Claude and it works smoothly. Making it read-only builds trust from day one. Great work, Boss!π₯
@Xjohannesh Yeah, mainly small businesses, like photographers and event vendors who get enquiries but struggle to keep up with replies and follow-ups, and turn those enquiries into bookings. Still figuring out the best niche to focus on though
@AvatarsMuse Thanks for bringing that up! for now it's just regular weekly hours, holiday hours are something I'd like to add later though, businesses would definitely need that, I'll add that to the list.
Under the hood, I tightened validation, added database safeguards and expanded the API test suite.
β 71 API tests passed
β Lint and type checks passed
β Frontend and API builds passed
Still need to test the UI manually in a browser, but Day 2 was a productive one. π
I also worked on making ReplyPilot's replies more reliable.
It now uses approved catalogue prices and relevant FAQs/policies when available. If information is missing, it should flag the gap instead of inventing an answer.
Still using a mock AI provider for now.

@Ukhan1243 Thatβs a really important point, especially when a wrong price or availability claim could cost a business a customer. Iβd want owners to verify the business details behind a draft and approve it before anything gets sent. Still refining the approach.
@Joshua_WD A small real bug in code I already know well. Lets me judge the quality of the fix (and how little it touches) instead of just whether it can generate something that runs. Bonus if it has to run tests and keep the change minimal.
@idyeahstudio Iβm thinking of starting with small online businesses, e.g Instagram vendors who handle customer inquiries, product questions, and orders through DMs. Feels like a practical place to test it first
@Joshua_WD Exactly, Fast is useful, but if the reply feels robotic people can tell. Iβm trying to make sure the AI uses the businessβs actual info and tone so it doesnβt sound generic. Do you think the bigger issue for most people is speed or the quality of the replies?
@Quitstack Thanks!π
That's exactly the problem I want ReplyPilot to tackle, helping small businesses manage enquiries and follow up so fewer potential bookings slip through.
Still early, but I'm excited to build this in public!
What makes it different: The goal is more than another chatbot. ReplyPilot should help coordinate customer-related work, suggest the next action and track outcomes, while keeping owners in control of important decisions. This is the vision I'm building toward.
