@Primark I am not wasting more time in a DM loop. I have formally escalated this entire case, including your unnecessary collection of my bank details, directly to your Chief Customer Officer and CEO via email today.
Disappointed with @primark. I only wanted an exchange for £25 items, but they insisted on getting my private bank details and photos first. They then refused and sent an eGift card. Why demand sensitive bank data just for an exchange?

@primark I have provided everything that you have asked for and still no resolution. I bought items on 18/5 and contacted you on the 25/5 to explain my situation and still no resolve. I am so disappointed. Surely you have located the information with the details I have provided!
@primark you asked me for details of store, till location, items, amount, card details. I provided it all. Then you ask for pictures of items with tags, I provided them. You asked for details of yellow top with front and back of tag, I provided. WHY?

Hi @Primark I spent £111 at your store but lost the receipt. Store managers told me customer service could retrieve it if I provided my bank statement with the exact date/time. Contacted support and agent refused to help. Unhelpful service & terrible communication!#primania
