I honestly do not know what to say about the nonsense unfolding in front of us every single day.
People are up in arms about Alberta sovereignty while warning that Alberta is about to become the “51st state”, something literally no one is advocating.
Meanwhile, our Prime Minister, who spent much of his career and life outside Canada, appears determined to tie Canada ever more closely to communist China and now an economically struggling European Union. Not exactly something Canadians were talking about or asking for!
And what are closer ties with another continent, or with China, actually going to do for ordinary Canadians?
Will they fix our crumbling roads? Reduce hospital wait times? Make life more affordable? Improve the public services Canadians already pay far too much for?
And somehow, Canadians are still standing around with their “elbows up,” flapping like chickens while closing their eyes to the mess directly in front of them.
Our institutions are failing. Accountability has disappeared. People are divided. Governments spend more, deliver less and blame everyone but themselves, then expect to be congratulated when they manage to do the jobs they were elected and paid to do!
Yet anyone who questions whether this system still serves Canadians is called dangerous or extreme. Anyone advocating for a better future for the next generation is called a traitor.
Are we serious here?
Or are Canadians deliberately refusing to see what is directly in front of them because admitting that Canada is broken is simply too uncomfortable?
You cannot fix a country by closing your eyes, flapping your elbows and pretending everything is fine.
Charlie Kirk died with a microphone in his hand—not a gun, a knife, or a grenade, but an instrument of communication. When we stop believing in the dignity of the human person, violence takes its place. A year later, that is still the wound. May he rest in peace.
I’m currently traveling in Southeast Asia, but I wanted to take a moment to mark #InternationalGayMensDay on Sept. 6.
Having lived in the U.S. and now living in England, I reap the benefits of a tolerant society that protects sexual orientation in the law. But tolerance cannot be exploited as some mandate for radical political agendas that seek to dismantle all norms, institutions and safeguards.
It’s important for dissident gay men like me to speak and make clear: not in our name.

My Stand Against Malicious Prosecution and Negligent Investigation:
Over 4 years have passed since the peaceful Freedom Convoy which saw many truckers and supporters, including Chris Barber and myself, arrested on the streets of Ottawa. What followed was the longest mischief trial in the history of the Commonwealth. Both of us were convicted of mischief for our part in the most peaceful and polite protest of all time, and sentenced to 18 months of house arrest.
Even more outrageous? A single group photo at a JCCF awards dinner in Toronto while surrounded by lawyers, fully allowed under my bail conditions, triggered a Canada-wide arrest warrant for an alleged breach of conditions, which did not occur. There was no investigation. No call to my lawyer. It was issued like I was a violent criminal.
Homicide detectives flew me back to Ottawa in leg shackles, I lost my job, precious time with my family, was denied bail, and spent 30 days in remand. All for a non-violent mischief case.
I'm pleased to announce that I have filed a lawsuit against the Ottawa Police, the Crown prosecutor, and others for malicious prosecution & negligent investigation because this isn’t just about me; it’s about stopping this kind of abuse so no Canadian ever faces it again.
This will be a daunting undertaking and for that reason I have started a GiveSendGo campaign in hopes to help fund the fight, including a $25,000,00 retainer and costs estimated at around $100,000.00.
I've included the campaign link below and the full statement of claim is available at https://t.co/T52GLxtLzu
Thank you to everyone for all your love, support, and encouragement these past few years and for helping me continue the fight.

The purpose of government, and the public services it delivers, is to create value for society and serve the people who fund it. That is the social contract.
Our Constitution speaks of “Peace, Order, and good Government.” Those are not empty words. Government must be competent, responsible, transparent and accountable for the outcomes it produces.
Public institutions should make our communities safer, our economy stronger and our lives better. When services become costly, dysfunctional and unresponsive, citizens have every right to demand answers and better results.
Citizens do not exist to serve government. Government exists to serve citizens. Public servants and elected officials are entrusted with public authority and public money, and that trust carries an obligation to deliver value.
Somehow, we have lost sight of that most basic principle. Government has become focused on preserving and expanding its own institutions, budgets and authority, rather than proving that it is actually delivering better outcomes for the people it exists to serve.
These men didn’t just kill these sweet grandparents. Just killing them would have been a mercy.
They terrorized and bludgeoned them.
Arnold De Jong was found dead in his bed with duct tape wrapped tightly around his entire head and face, smothered to death.
Joanne De Jong, was found in another bedroom and died of sharp and blunt force trauma to her head and neck.
Both had their hands and feet bound with rope.
The De Jong’s last minutes on this earth were brutal, horrifying and they suffered more than any human being ever should.
It must be a huge relief for the families of the victims to hear that these three feel really, really bad and pinky promise swear never to do anything like this again. Now they want to talk to a judge about their feelings. Get f*cked.
There is no redemption for this act. No amount of time can pass. No amount of penance is sufficient. No amount of remorse can be expressed. No amount of praying can save your soul.
DEPORT!
From @WiretapMediaCa article (linked below):
“Arnold and Joanne De Jong were pillars of their community, having resided in their modest acreage home for decades. Arnold, a retired truck driver, and Joanne, a homemaker, owned a small trucking business and enjoyed a close-knit family life with children and grandchildren.
…their son-in-law, unable to reach them, entered the home and made a gruesome discovery: Arnold and Joanne in separate bedrooms, their hands and feet bound with rope and duct tape. Joanne had suffered fatal sharp-force and blunt-force injuries to her head and neck, while Arnold was asphyxiated, likely smothered. The scene was marked by blood, signs of struggle, and missing items – a stark violation of their peaceful existence. Pathologists confirmed the causes of death, painting a picture of a deliberate, violent assault during what prosecutors describe as a forcible confinement and robbery.”

Canada’s greatest weakness may be its arrogance, the belief that we remain a global example simply because we keep telling ourselves we are.
We boast about our healthcare, institutions, economy and moral leadership while ignoring the dysfunction, declining services and falling standard of living right in front of us.
Patriotism is not pretending everything is fine. It is caring enough about your country to confront reality, demand better and do the hard work required to rebuild it.
Canada’s reputation cannot survive indefinitely on nostalgia and self-congratulation.
A country that believes it is above criticism will soon find itself beneath the standards it once claimed to represent.
School children in Saskatchewan, Canada were taken to a show at the @GlobeTheatreYQR where a drag queen gave a sexual performance on a pole. The performance was so raunchy that teachers removed the students during the show.
Well Canada has made international headlines again
Not in a good way
Saskatchewan school kids had to be pulled out of a bizarre and perverted play involving drag queens and indigenous land claims
No, This is not fake news
