Absolutely the worst online shopping experience with @HotTopic and terrible customer service. Never delivered my order, CS reps ghosted me when I emailed, now they only gave partial refund when all I want is the items I paid for to be reshipped!

NEVER USE @MyStreamSocial - terrible company! Cancelled my service *after* I paid my bill, no-showed after I took time off work to reconnect, then charged me an early termination fee even though they're the ones that cancelled my service! Never use them again, neither should you!
