@united follies update: new gate with a plane that is deplaning passengers. app still shows boarding time of 10 minutes ago. the pilots for the flight that was supposed to be at this gate didn’t know they got moved. so at least everyone gets bad info equally
the sad bit of user experience that is the united app shows us boarding our flight now. unfortunately the previous flight is still at the gate, our inbound is in the air and the poor united customer service reps are scrambling. @united please do better
