My deepest condolences to the Leader of the Iranian Resistance, the members of the National Council of Resistance of Iran, and especially the PMOI on the passing of Eng. Houshang Rajavi, a devoted and loyal ally of the Resistance for over five decades.
This is a tragic loss for us all. My heart goes out to his wife, daughter, and brothers—Dr. Saleh and Dr. Ahmad Rajavi—and their families.
Houshang and his parents attended the Shah’s military tribunal in February 1972, witnessing Massoud Rajavi’s defense. It was Houshang who insisted on examining Massoud’s bandaged feet during a court recess, witnessing firsthand the brutal marks of SAVAK torture. He remained a living testament to the atrocities of the Shah’s SAVAK against Massoud.
"The fundamental principle of 'Neither Shah nor mullahs,' meaning the rejection of any dictatorship and dependence, is the only national and patriotic policy for Iran, Iranians, and nationalities under double oppression."

It is with heavy hearts that we declare the passing of Noushin Namvar, a member of the Central Council of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) in Albania, after 49 years of struggle against two dictatorships.
Born in Tehran in 1960, Noushin Namvar became acquainted with the ideals of the Mojahedin in 1977, during her final years of high school. In 1978, together with her friends, she actively participated in demonstrations and the uprising against the monarchical dictatorship.
Following the anti-monarchical revolution in 1979, Noushin Namvar became a full-time activist within the PMOI and was at the forefront of the organization’s awareness-raising campaigns against Khomeini’s reactionary forces.
Among her first responsibilities was her active participation and extensive efforts in launching and establishing the first Association of Muslim Women in the Khazaneh district of Tehran. She was also responsible for distributing Mojahed, the PMOI’s newspaper. In August–September 1980, while selling the publication, she was arrested and imprisoned by the regime’s repressive Committee, but was released after three days following protests by women supporters.
Following June 20, 1981, and the beginning of the revolutionary resistance, Noushin Namvar assumed various combat duties at the PMOI’s operational bases.
In June 1982, she was dispatched to the border region. In 1987, with the formation of the National Liberation Army of Iran, she joined the NLA and held support responsibilities in various operations.
Noushin Namvar distinguished herself with extraordinary merit, courage, patience, and endurance throughout the 14-year period of resistance at Camp Ashraf and Camp Liberty in Iraq, including during the clashes of July 28 and 29, 2009, the 72-day hunger strike, the April 8, 2011, attack against Camp Ashraf, and the series of missile attacks on Camp Liberty.
Her battle with illness, which lasted more than a year, was another manifestation of her patience, perseverance, and fighting spirit.
Noushin Namvar’s five decades of uninterrupted struggle is among the highest manifestations of the selflessness of the PMOI’s revolutionary women in the struggle against the mullahs’ inhuman and misogynistic regime. Women like Noushin are the guiding beacon and shining light of freedom in the darkness of the mullahs.
The path, tradition, and proud course that Noushin followed in the liberation struggle will continue in the uprisings and battles of rebellious girls and women who are pioneers of freedom, particularly in Tehran and the Khazaneh district where she was active, until the day of victory against the tyranny of the mullahs’ regime.
Iran's regime has executed two protesters from the January uprising, Ali Hemmati and Majid Nik-Andish, in Mashhad.
Mizan, the Iranian regime judiciary’s news agency, announced that the reason for the execution of the two rebels was their participation “in the December 2025–January 2026 riots that led to the deaths of four members of the security forces on Tabarsi Street in Mashhad.”
Mizan also cited the use of Molotov cocktails, blocking the street, and the use of bladed weapons among the reasons for executing the protesters.
The Iranian Resistance has repeatedly called on the United Nations and the UN Security Council to take urgent and practical action stop executions in Iran, especially political executions.
The people of Iran want neither war nor dictatorship. They want freedom, a democratic republic, and the right to decide their own future.

Today, September 27, marks the 45th anniversary of the execution of my older brother, Hossein, who was shot by firing squad alongside 56 members of the Mujahedin-e Khalq.
An aerospace engineer educated in the United States, a prolific writer, and a gifted editor, Hossein had so much more to contribute. Arrested in July 1981, he was taken to Evin Prison and subjected to brutal torture. When his captors pressed him to renounce his beliefs, he responded with a question that has remained with me ever since: “What would I do with my conscience?”
Forty-five years have passed, yet the pain of losing him endures. I grieve not only for the brother I lost, but also for the years we were denied together and for all that he might have written, built, and become. Some absences transcend time.
Yet his life continues to inspire and sustain me. At just 29, facing unimaginable cruelty, Hossein remained faithful to the convictions that gave meaning to his life. His courage still strengthens my resolve to help realize the free, democratic, and humane Iran he never lived to see.
My dear Hossein, I wish you were here today to witness what you and so many others gave your lives for: a Resistance now closer than ever to realizing the cause it embraced more than six decades ago, the liberation of Iran from two successive dictatorships, first the Shah's and now the ruling theocracy's. I carry your memory through every year that was stolen from you, and your question continues to guide my life.
Rest in honor, Bro. You are remembered, you are missed, and your dream lives on in the hearts of countless Iranians who continue the struggle for freedom.🌹
To mark the anniversary of the 2022 nationwide uprising, PMOI Resistance Units carried out 40 daring operations across Iran, targeting IRGC Basij bases, regime institutions, and propaganda installations featuring the regime's leaders.
🚨 MUST WATCH VIDEO: I joined thousands of Iranian-Americans, raising their voices in opposition to the terrorist Regime.
It was inspiring to see so many young people calling out the Regime, and supporting @Maryam_Rajavi’s 10-point-plan for a #FreeIran.
A salute to the freedom-loving Iranians, supporters of the Iranian Resistance, and respected dignitaries who stood in New York and raised their voices clearly and forcefully against the presence of representatives of religious fascism at the United Nations, and did not allow the executions, repression, and crimes of this regime to be concealed behind the regime’s deception and demagoguery.
With the slogan, “Death to the oppressor, be it the Shah or the Mullahs’ Leader,” you demonstrated that the people of Iran want neither a religious dictatorship nor a return to monarchical dictatorship. The Iranian people’s demand is for a democratic republic based on the separation of religion and state and on gender equality.
Until Iran is free, this voice will not be silenced.
