บริษัทฯ ได้เข้าร่วมกระบวนการไกล่เกลี่ยตามขั้นตอนของศาล พร้อมยื่นข้อเสนอเพื่อแสวงหาแนวทางยุติข้อพิพาทร่วมกัน อย่างไรก็ตาม การเจรจาในครั้งนี้ยังไม่สามารถหาข้อยุติร่วมกันได้ และขณะนี้อยู่ระหว่างฝ่ายฟรีน สโรชาพิจารณาข้อเสนอจากอีกฝ่าย

บริษัทฯ จะดำเนินการตามกระบวนการทางกฎหมายต่อไป และหากมีความคืบหน้าที่สามารถเปิดเผยได้ จะแจ้งให้ทราบตามความเหมาะสม

Solenn Entertainment Co., Ltd. would like to provide the following update regarding the case in connection with the court-scheduled mediation between Ms. Freen Sarocha Chankimha and her former agency held on 10 July 2026.

The Company participated in the mediation proceedings in accordance with the Court’s process and submitted a proposal in an effort to seek a mutually agreeable resolution to the dispute. However, the mediation did not result in a settlement, and the proposal presented by the other party is currently under review.

The Company will continue to proceed in accordance with the legal process. Should there be any developments that may be disclosed, further updates will be provided as appropriate.
