track 01: we need something different from what we’ve had till now (storm is…)
- carries a bold statement of throwing yourself into the storm in order to breakthrough a suffocating reality with no way out.

track 02: angel bite
- a love song about wanting to be with ‘you’ despite youth being shabby and not entirely beautiful. it carries the will to not let go of the other person, even while self-mockingly facing the pain and sense of deprivation found in an unremarkable reality.

track 03: higher love
- sings about feelings towards ‘her’, someone who sometimes makes you suffer but ultimately leads you to higher places.

track 04: sweetest escape (yeonjun, taehyun, huening kai unit song)
- carries a confession that even though there are times they want to disappear from the harsh reality, for as long as the song plays, they’ll leave the world behind and become ‘your’ breathing space and sweet escape.

track 05: touch the sky (soobin, beomgyu unit song)
- compares the longing and ambition towards success to ‘you’, who is like the sky

track 06: hate it or love it
- delivers the message that if you want to change from an overwhelming reality, you have to let go of what's familiar and transform. it carries a calm introspection on how in the end, even a changed self is still ‘me’.
