In Gateshead a young girl is blindfolded and dragged into an address by a grooming gang, she tries to escape but they drag her back.

Northumbria Police turn up 2 hours later, they don't put the men in cuffs and just allow one of them to come back up to her outside the address.

Northumbria Police were even offered this video as evidence but never came back to collect it. They commonly neglect evidence and then claim there isn't enough evidence to make any arrests.

There’s many addresses were underage girls are actively being brought inside, Northumbria Police turns up hours later and removes the girls, while not making arrests, so therefore these men keeping bringing more girls.

Dr. Kapil Kakar, producer of the web series Black Justice, met Prabal Pratap, who is currently in judicial custody after allegedly abusing the Chief Justice of India and referring to judges as "servants."

Prabal Pratap, he has remained in jail since the incident and was not allowed to meet his brother.
From 15 July 2026, Prabhal Pratap has announced that he is commencing HUNGER STRIKE in Tihar Jail.

In May 2018, a girl named Anuradha went missing. Like every day, she had left for school in morning but did not return

Her parents waited till 6 pm, then went to police (Nagina Police Station in UP’s Bijnor)

Police assured they would find her. Her father Dayanand did not know that police should have filed an FIR. Finally, after a month when the case reached an NGO, the police was forced to file an FIR on 1 June 2018

Suspect was booked under IPC sections 363 (kidnapping) and 366 (kidnapping a woman to compel marriage)

Police found one Danish Hussain had taken the girl. They added the name to case diary. Dayanand said he had heard this name for the first time

Dayanand called up Danish after taking number from police; The latter said ‘take your girl if you can’

Within two days, Danish filed a writ petition in Allahabad High Court asking the FIR against him to be quashed

He made Anuradha, who was now Nisha Naz, as co-petitioner

Petition said Anuradha was a major and the girl’s father was harassing them

Danish produced her Aadhaar card and nikahnama as proof, which showed her as 19

Dayanand, on the other hand, produced her Class 10 certificate - issued by UP education board - which showed her age as 17 (minor)

Although Class 10 Board certificate is considered to be the most valid proof of age as per law, sessions court still ordered for a bone test and ordered a stay on Danish’s arrest till next hearing with bone test results

The girl never showed up for the bone test

The father soon learnt that she was pregnant. He gave up on the case and stopped going for hearings

In 2020, during the lockdown, the girl returned. She had suffered a miscarriage again. She cited threat from Danish, fearing he would kill her

After some months, both parties struck a compromise

The couple went to court and submitted an affidavit that they were separating because Danish had given Nisha Naz triple talaq two months earlier and she did not wish to contest it.

Danish was never booked for POCSO. He has never been arrested

Now, if they lower age of consent, Class 10 certificate will not even be available to determine age of the child. Court will order bone tests in all cases. That test allows margin of 2-3 years, which is usually kept in favour of the adult party

That matter has not come up for hearing since August 2025

Now, in another matter, a Supreme Court bench has remarked that "15-18" years is age of experimentation and should not invite POCSO on the adult partner (case was a 25-year-old man impregnating a 14-year-old girl after making her elope with him)

We filed 4 intervention petitions in this matter two days ago

This matter was scheduled to come up for hearing yesterday but did not

More interventions are in process. We will continue to oppose any dilution of POCSO Act to allow adults to exploit children in the name of her/his consent

Mr. Gulshan Pahuja Sent to Jail in Contempt Case

Mr. Gulshan Pahuja was taken into custody today. He is currently under police custody and is expected to be shifted to Tihar Jail tomorrow.

A brief background: Mr. Pahuja has been advocating for audio-video recording of court proceedings since 2014, along with several other judicial reforms. In 2022, he uploaded a YouTube video in which he interviewed two lawyers who had raised allegations concerning the judiciary. Contempt proceedings were subsequently initiated against both lawyers as well as Mr. Pahuja.

The two lawyers tendered unconditional apologies before the court. Mr. Pahuja, however, chose not to apologize, despite the judges repeatedly advising him to do so. Instead of taking what many would have considered the easier path of apologizing and returning home, he chose to stand by his views, knowing it could result in imprisonment.

In the interview, Mr. Pahuja had described the judiciary as "dictators," a remark that formed part of the contempt proceedings.

Last month, I also recorded a podcast with Mr. Pahuja, during which he spoke about what he described as his deeply unpleasant experience during the court proceedings. He said that he was humiliated, ridiculed, and mocked for not being fluent in English. Despite this, he remained steadfast in his position.

Now, after nearly a year of legal proceedings, Mr. Gulshan Pahuja has been sentenced to six months' imprisonment.

A vlogger's recent trip to Kashmir has raised several questions. According to him, conversations allegedly became tense whenever he mentioned the Indian Army, Prime Minister Modi, or Yogi Adityanath, with some locals reacting negatively.

He further claimed that certain people blamed the Indian Army for the region's instability and even made allegations about its conduct toward women, rather than holding terrorists responsible. He said that when he challenged these views, he was allegedly threatened.

At the Martand Sun Temple, he alleged that some locals insisted the temple was destroyed by lightning rather than by Islamic invaders, and that he faced threats after attempting to record the discussion.

He also claimed to have found a Shivling inside a locked temple where Jalabhishek was reportedly not permitted.

Finally, he alleged that a police officer began harassing him after learning he was from Gorakhpur and released him only after accepting a bribe.

This is Rafiq Hussain Bhattuk. He was a leader in Godhra, owned two petrol pumps, and it was he who arranged the petrol used to burn the Sabarmati train. He remained absconding for 14 years. The Gujarat Intelligence Bureau had kept his relatives and family members under surveillance, with all their phones being monitored. One day, he called his son because he had become a grandfather. The surveillance traced his location to Delhi. He then told his son that he would secretly come to Godhra on a certain date because he wanted to see his grandson.

The police decided it would be better to let him come to Godhra rather than arrest him in Delhi. He arrived in Godhra, where police officers in plain clothes were stationed at the railway station and arrested him.

Yesterday, all of his crimes were proven in court, and he was sentenced to life imprisonment. Remember when Lalu Yadav used to say that the fire on the Sabarmati Express in Godhra had started on its own and that no one had set it? After confessing everything, he told the police that he had spent those 14 years living in Lajpat Rai Market in Old Delhi.

Just think about how vast the ecosystem of these religious terrorists is. Did any journalist report this news?
