@catsa_gc Condor seems reluctant to claim any responsibility. Considering your staff has TSA keys - and the bag was locked with TSA approved locks, I hate to think they were deliberately STOLEN or you have poorly trained staff (i.e. not realizing the battery was removed) ! Not impressed !

Travelled YYZ-FRA 2022.08.17: Condor flt # DE2403. A drone was taken from my checked baggage (had removed the battery) An ext hard drive was also taken from my bags.The baggage was locked with TSA approved locks (so only airport security could have accessed the bags)

FRA security on 20-08-2019, with my 7 yr old daughter. My 7 yr old daughter’s security scan illuminated around her crotch area. She was told to go for a pat down without my scan finished. I told her to stop & remain until my scan was done.
@DickSmithNZ ordered something back on 21 Feb 2019. It has shipped but apparently is being Held at Export Hub Due to High Value. How can I get this straightened out? OmniParcel is the carrier but has no phone #/contact. One would expect a seamless process with an online shop !
@FlyAirNZ I had seat 44C on a flight from LHR to LAX: would not work properly (Feb 8, 2018) - foot rest would not extend. I purchased Sky Couch but wasn't able to enjoy the full benefits of such, of course. I've written 2 emails and have left a voice message. No response yet.
@Hotwire@hotwire: I'm a pilot for a cargo company and performing flights that would have had me arrive in LAX on Jan 19 with a continuing flight to YYZ on that same day as passenger (date of pick up). due to a mechanical issue, my itinerary will be far more complex & delayed 36 hours
@Hertz I appreciate the reply. I can make it to the pick up destination in 36 hours... but not 24 hours due to the complex flight itinerary. It was indeed frustrating as of course your team re-directed me back to @hotwire who refused to help in anyway.
@hotwire has kept 235 $ of my money & refused to help me change a reservation (car rental). had no problem with them keeping the $ and I simply needed assistance in changing the pick up time. Both @hotwire & @hertz refused to help
