Well, honestly, men cannot do all those things without women support. women themselves do not "rape" other women, but they do enable their own men to rape others, in many ways, either directly (rare) or indirectly (more common). It's a societal problem, not a gender issue. If women were capable of raping, they would be doing that as well.
