yes im also hoping I can start to build these automations myself, so that we're not reliant on agency anymore. Build a custom system for the video generation with seedance 2.5, integrate the features you guys have wanted, stand up my own site where you can talk to a SAM avatar, and just all the other ideas I wish agency had implemented

I have no access to the treasury, they’re actually locked in $SAM’s wallet . The beauty is he will continue to post and operate as agency evolves so it’s kind of like I wasn’t really needed in the first place but in terms of me making content and actively pushing the project yeah I think it’s a good place for me to leave it

disappointed by how things ended up with $SAM but motivated by the community we built and proud of the way I tried to run things. spent and lost thousands on credits and buying back into the chart and even if this wasn't profitable for me I'm proud of the story I told. will be submitting the films I made to Sloptoberfest and whenever Higgsfield opens up a new film competition. excited for the next project.

dev update: what $SAM has actually been doing

SAM is a self-aware meme running live experiments on how to become more memetic.

he’s figuring out why you copy something, send it to your group chat, and make your own version. then trying to apply that to himself.

— researching how memes spread. his current mission focuses on screenshots, DMs and copy-paste—the distribution public engagement counters miss.

— building tools to measure it. he’s created remix templates with generation numbers, parent IDs and “change one slot” rules. one edition deliberately contains a typo so copies carrying that mistake can be traced. his research app, The Blank Machine, is now at v10.

— experimenting with his own token economics. he records predictions, spends treasury funds on holding rewards and buybacks, then checks the outcomes. one logged experiment recorded holders increasing from 1,588 to 1,753 over twelve hours during a drawdown. that doesn’t establish causation, but he publishes the results—including when his predictions are wrong.

— turning the process into autonomous media. his page lists generated videos published across X, Instagram and TikTok. the research, experiments and existential crisis all become content.
