The DIICOT prosecutors legally 5 days before have to file a extension of the preventive arrest measures.

However this time they have to file a JUSTIFIABLE reason or NEW EVIDENCE to extend the Tate brothers detention,

The judge threw out the last three reasons used by DIICOT.
