Реальность: пилот после отказа одной из трех гидравлических систем самолета решил лететь из Омска в Новосибирск и не заметил (!), что шасси самолета остались выпущенными. Это показывали индикаторы, и это следовало из самого факта отказа гидравлики (это была ровно та система, которая отвечает за впуск/выпуск шасси).

В результате неправильно рассчитал остаток топлива, оно кончилось за 200 км до Новосибирска.

Литвинов и многие другие пилоты говорят, что в Омске бы сели спокойно.
