@FitbitSupport i have Ionic and I've tried multiple power outlets usb adapters cleaned both the power adapter and back of ionic but im unable to get the ionic to charge. I have not had any issues with charging up to this point, ionic is roughly 2 yrs old...please help

@HomeDepot have experienced the WORST possible customer service over the course of my install process, in-store customer service has done little to try and fix! Hoping someone sees this to fix or at LEAST try to help!
